Planning an event may seem like a huge undertaking. Trust me, here at The Fennec, we know how much goes into making your event perfect. We talked to Ashley Carraway, our Events Manager, and asked a few questions on what planning an event with our team is like! She gave us great feedback and addresses most of our client’s main concerns in this brief FAQ!

  1. What is the first step in planning an Event at The Fennec?

The first step in planning an event at The Fennec is to reach out on our website, email, or phone to see if the date you are thinking about is available. We will discuss guest count and overall vision to see which room would be best for your event! There is no need to come fully prepared, as we are excited to talk through ideas and plans!

  1. When I decide to use The Fennec as my venue, what is the next step?

Once you have signed your contract and secured your venue, the next step is to start putting together your ideal menu! You will work with our sales manager to put together a perfectly crafted menu for any event. 

  1. What packages can be included when I book with The Fennec?

We do offer packages at The Fennec! We offer pre-priced beverage packages, Valet packages, as well as a built after party option to offer to our events! 

  1. How closely does the team at the Fennec work with me during the planning process?

The Fennec Events team will work closely with you throughout the entire planning process. 

From the time you book to the day of the event, you’ll have access to experienced Event Managers to answer any questions as well as clear communication to make the planning process easy.  We always have someone there the day of the event to ensure an exceptional guest experience! 

  1. Why should I book the Fennec for my next event? What makes Fennec Events special?
